On this level you will find the fully equipped, gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious island perfect for preparing meals and entertaining. Just beyond the living area, step onto your large oceanfront deck for savoring the sea breeze, dolphin and whale watching, and stunning sunrises and sunsets. Also on this level, you'll find a charming bonus room with a desk and a cozy daybed perfect for afternoon naps, reading, or extra sleeping space. Bedroom #1 features a king bed, smart TV, and a private bathroom, while a convenient half bath is also available for guests on this floor.
Upstairs, the second level offers three beautifully decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms. Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
