Positive: We were very impressed with the amenities and labels. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and were so grateful! The furniture and decor and notes were cozy and helpful. A lot of thought was given to welcoming guests!
Negative: The management company must've sent 40+ emails before the stay. I never knew if I was receiving something important but almost all were duplicates of information and I just deleted.. it was frustrating though.
