New updates for 2024 include new carpet in all bedrooms, two new sofas in the great room, one of which is a sleeper sofa, a new TV, and new utensils, pots, and pans in the kitchen.
The home features 1,920 square feet of space and is situated on a corner, giving you plenty of green space for the kids to play. Need to work during your stay? This townhome features a new desk and chair, and the high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. Each floor features a primary bedroom suite. Enjoy morning coffee or sunset views and a glass of wine from the front or side covered porch or private back patio. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
