Caper Beach Club 212 is a recently remodeled and redecorated gulf-front two-bedroom, two-bath condo with luxurious furnishings. It is conveniently located close to a variety of restaurants, shops, and Times Square, and a public library is just across the boulevard. There is also a convenient trolley service available that runs both directions on the island. This is also a great location to visit other closeby areas such as Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, or Bonita Springs, Naples, and Marco Island. Resort amenities include a heated gulf-front swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, tennis courts, pickleballs, and picnic areas with gas grills. In addition, the condo has complimentary WiFi and cable TV, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, private laundry, and all linens and towels.
The pool and the beach are steps away from your condo! There is a secure furnished lobby with Bellman's trolley to simplify arrival. Taking the elevator to the second floor you will enter the condo into a foyer and the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas with breathtaking views of the resort pool and the Gulf of Mexico beyond. Flooring in the main living area is wood tile, with the bedrooms being fully carpeted. On entry, the spacious kitchen is on the left and has an architectural tray ceiling with indirect lighting, beautiful quartz countertops, and plenty of cabinet space, including a custom built-in wine rack. All appliances are stainless steel and consist of a dishwasher, a side-by-side refrigerator with a freezer drawer and ice maker, a 5-burner glass-top stove with a convection oven, and a built-in microwave oven above. There is a pass-through bar in the dining area with three bar seats on the dining area side. The dining table seats four. Next, the living area is beautifully furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, end tables, and lamps, a matching loveseat, a recliner, and a coffee table on an area rug. In the opposite corner is a chair and cocktail table, and opposite the seating area is an entertainment center with a large flat-screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors go out to the screened-in balcony overlooking the resort pool, the beach, and the Gulf beyond. The balcony is furnished with a patio table seating four, as well as a lounge chair and cocktail table.
The master bedroom has an en suite bath and is luxuriously furnished with a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, a dresser with a wall mirror, as well as a three-drawer chest with a flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access out to the balcony. On the way to the en suite bathroom is a large walk-in closet. In the bathroom, there is a quartz-top vanity with a full wall mirror, a very nicely tiled walk-in shower with a sliding door, and a toilet. Back towards the entrance, and behind a sliding door, is the guest and laundry area. This bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single bed with a nightstand and lamp. There is also a chest of drawers with a flat-screen TV, and there is ample closet space. The guest bathroom also has a quartz-top vanity and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower. Also in this area behind louvered doors is the laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.
