The designer villa with a heated and, on request, child-safe pool and upscale furnishings has a fantastic view of the deep blue sea. It is equipped with every conceivable comfort and is ideal for large groups of up to 10 people. Take a look at our house tour to get a better idea of the finca.
Basement:
Here you will find the house entrance and three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and another with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). Each room has large windows with sea views and its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. A staircase leads up to the second floor, with a guest WC between the two floors. High-quality furniture and fittings, beautiful pictures, large windows and the quiet hillside location with great sea views make this finca a very special vacation home. All rooms are air-conditioned and have central heating. The living space of the house including the terraces is 530 sqm. The house has its own driveway and three parking spaces directly in front of the house.
First floor:
The spacious living area is located on the middle level. It is furnished with a sofa group in front of the fireplace, a TV, a beautiful dining area in front of the open, very well-equipped kitchen and a pantry with a large freezer. In front of the living room is the fantastic terrace of 280 square meters, with a covered seating area and pool. The view of the sea is simply fantastic!
Second floor:
Upstairs there are two further bedrooms with two double beds (180 cm x 200 cm), an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The villa is very tastefully furnished and decorated. For a booking for 6 people there are three bedrooms available (rooms 1, 4 and 5), for 8 people four bedrooms (rooms 1, 3, 4 and 5) and for 10 people all five bedrooms.
As there are two extra beds (90 cm x 200 cm), it is also possible for 12 people to stay in the finca.
The villa is located in the middle of a quiet urbanization with other upscale properties. Nearby is the villa Can Pati , which can also be rented through Finca Mallorca.
Pool:
4.5 m x 9 m, depth: 130 cm - 160 cm, stair access, cleaning with chlorine, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower, pool heating. If required, a mobile fence can be installed to protect small children; this must be ordered when booking. The pool can be heated to 22 degrees on request at an extra cost of €38/day.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4pm, check-out until 10am. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings under the minimum stay.

Please note that the price of this house is person-dependent. Additional costs may apply if additional persons are booked. There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). Pool heating optional, is only possible for the entire stay and must be registered before arrival, 2 days pre-heating time required. The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site.
