7 Bedroom House in St. George
This is the perfect property for multiple families to vacation in together with five master bedrooms (all having their own bathroom) as well as one large bunk room and one small bunk room, there are plenty of beds to sleep up to 37 people. Each Master Bedroom has it's own TV and the beds are comfortable. The main floor has a beautiful great room (kitchen and family room) with large TV, kitchen island, and large dining table. The second level has another large TV and gathering area with a ping pong table and table perfect for playing games at. The third level has a small TV watching area as well as an outdoor patio space with outdoor furniture and a fireplace. Oh and did I mention it has its own hot tub and pool? The garage can fit three cars and with the house being on the street it has room for other cars to park as well as enough room for a boat to be parked next to the home (as seen in the photos).
The community center also has a large swimming pool and hot tub as well as the beautifully stunning 2.5 acre saltwater lagoon pool along with many other places to enjoy the sun. There are also paved trails for walking, running, riding bicycles, etc. throughout the entire community.
This is located within the desert color development near the Big Shots golf complex so there are lots of things to do and about 7 minutes from the closest Walmart and other shopping/dining establishments.
