Head upstairs to access the handsome second level, dressed in gorgeous floors and lots of comfortable furniture, with an open-concept floorplan and a private furnished deck. After a long day on the frosty winter slopes, guests can spread out over the luxurious living area sofas to watch their favorite movies on the mounted flatscreen TV. Take advantage of the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances, center prep island, and ample counter space to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy at the handsome dining table with seating for eight. Down the hall, you'll find a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and the second-level bedroom featuring an en-suite bath at the far end.
Upstairs, the third floor completes the comfy setup with three more bedrooms, one with an en-suite bath, plus a shared bath with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Parking notes: Four cars max; two cars in each garage and two more in front of each garage. No boat, trailers, and no outside guest parkingGuests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet Time is 10PM to 8 AM and strictly enforced. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

WIF can be slow due to our being a mountain town. Lake Tahoe is a mountain town.
Our internet signal is different than in big cities. When there is NOT a lot of people in town, the internet is high-speed. As the town fills up and people stream, the internet will ebb and flow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
