Summary: All in all this was an upleasant stay for my family and I.Issues:1. terrible smell coming from the bathroom- we left 2 days early because it got so bad. Owner and property manager promised to reimburse us for those nights and never did. 2. Owner was unprofessional- living upstairs during part of our stay, and in the garage for another portion, when upstairs was being rented. Would use shared outdoor shower that was right outside our door. 3. Property in general was not as shown in photos- cockroaches, dirty, in disrepair (house had a tarp over top part of roof). Positives:1. Wonderful location on the beach- near sunset beach and right down the street from town. 2. Owner and property manager were friendly and responsive. Overall, this is a wonderful location. However, the house needs major repairs, and we were very unhappy about the way the owner handled the issues that occurred.
