The ground floor is designed as a spacious and bright lounge area which consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen, contemporary living room with dining area, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom with shower. The living room has access to the garden and pool area through a large sliding glass door which allows the entire area to become open concept. Villa Ingrid covers the garden of the area 143 m2 with a beautiful covered terrace and outside dining table for enjoying diners using an outdoor grill.
Modern staircase leads to the first floor, designed as a resting area with 3 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with air conditioning and flat SAT-TV. Two bedrooms share a balcony with a partial seaview while one bedroom has a balcony with a beautiful seaview.
One of the highlights of this magnificent villa is the outdoor area with heated outdoor pool (21 m2, 1.70 m depth) which uses electrolysis as a healthier alternative to standard pool cleaning system. Charming well-maintained garden will provide a perfect sanctuary for relaxing and soaking in the sunshine on the sun loungers around the pool.
Villa Ingrid is fully air conditioned and equipped with flat SAT-TVs, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, safe, oven, stove, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery, hair dryer in each bedroom, washing machine and board games for children.
