Casa Claudia A fantastic unit at Hacienda de Mita, located inside the gates of the Punta Mita Resort . This unit has wonderful beach views as well as views of the town and the mountains. The unit is a short walking distance (through a private secured gate) to the charming village of Punta de Mita, which is known for its excellent restaurants, local shopping and nightlife. The condo went through an extensive top to bottom remodel and upgrade and was fully completed at the end of November 2016 with an additional kitchen remodel in September 2018.
Casa Claudia is approximately 3,600 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The main master bedroom and the second master bedroom each have a custom-made California-King size beds with Tempur-pedic pillow tops, bedroom #3 has two queen size beds, and bedroom #4 has twin bunk beds made specifically for smaller children under 12 .
