This is a lovely unit on the 5th floor of the Dorado Tower inside the Bella Sirena Resort. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The unit has been decorated in a very elegant way. The living room has a burnt orange leather sofa with a matching chaise lounge. The coffee table and end tables have glass tops with wrought iron frames. Beneath the coffee table is a beautiful hand-woven oriental rug that ties the colors of the room together. There are two sliding glass doors that will take you out to the patio right off the living room. The dining room has been furnished with a large birch wood rectangular dining table set to seat 6 people. The chairs are high back with a soft grey cushioned seat. A large mirror hangs behind the table and gives the room a very open and spacious feel. A lovely chandelier hangs above the table and gives just the right amount of decorative touch. Two small windows also give the room some natural light. The kitchen has dark wood cabinets with complimenting granite counter tops and matching granite back splash. The kitchen has black on black appliances which include built in microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Some smaller appliances like blenders and coffee maker have also been included on top of the kitchen counter. The cupboards and drawers contain everything needed to cook a wonderful meal and also for entertaining guests. There is also a breakfast bar built into the kitchen that is lined with high back bar stools. This breakfast bar is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or for a quick meal. The master bedroom has a large dark wood king size sleigh bed adorned with a silky brown comforter and pillows. The room has bedside tables and a matching dresser. A wrought iron decorative piece hangs above the bed and there is a TV and DVD player on top of the dresser opposite the bed. There is also a French door that leads out onto the patio. The master bathroom has a travertine shower with glass block enclosure and a separate elongated bath tub. The sink is equipped with his and her vanities. The 2nd bedroom has a birch colored king size bed with a lovely black and gray geometric patterned bed spread. There are bedside tables and a matching dresser with a TV and DVD player. The 2nd bathroom has a single sink vanity with plenty of lighting. The shower is made of travertine and has a clear glass door closure. The patio has been furnished with a leather dining set and a separate sitting are for enjoying a margarita or a glass of wine. The views from this fifth floor unit are incredible. The patio will showcase the best sunsets the Sea of Cortez has to offer. The unit comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will not be disappointed with your stay in unit 502 of the Bella Sirena resort. *** Free WiFi Access*** CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT Check in is at 4:00 PM Check out is at 11:00 AM EARLY CHECK INS There are no early check ins, guests must confirm with front desk, because if there is a check out on the same day, guests cannot do early check ins. LATE CHECK INS If guest are arriving after the office is close, this will generate a fee of USD$20.00, that can be paid in cash or CC. EARLY CHECK OUTS (BEFORE CHECK OUT DATES) If guests decide to check out before de check out day, there will be no refunds. LATE CHECK OUTS Late check outs must be authorized by the front desk and are USD$20.00 per hour, after check out time and if after 3:00 pm a whole day is charged. SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY The security deposit policy is for damages and is refundable, this is payed at check in and it’s USD$200.00 and USD$300.00 on holidays (Spring break and semana santa only). It can be paid in cash or CC, if cash, then guest must wait at least 15 min (depends on occupancy) so unit can be checked for damages, if paid with if guest does not want to wait for the unit to be inspected, then unit will be checked in a period no longer of 24 hours, then CC will be refunded minus 3% of processing fee and it will show on the guest’s statement in the next 5 to 7 business days. CLEANING The towels in your condo are for your own use during your stay and we would like to thank you in advance for using them appropriately since they will not be replaced. Your maid will come to your condo each day to take the trash out and make your beds but it is imperative that no personal belongings are left on a bed in order to provide this service.
