Beautiful beach house - home away from home. Situated perfectly for you to enjoy amazing sunsets & unwind to the sound of the ocean on your doorstep & from most bedrooms.The ultimate combination in tranquillity, peacefulness, amazing views & comfort. The property is situated facing the harbour & you can enjoy a 180 degree view of the ocean. From either of the two outside decks, you can see all activities happening in the harbour while enjoying your morning cuppa or a refreshing sundowner.Ground floor level is the area for rent. Own private entrance. A secured door separates the 2 floors. Soundproof. House has an alarm and inside security beams. The open plan braai area / kitchen / living room area has a 65 inch smart TV with Netflix & COMPACT package DSTV available for use. The property has unlimited WIFI available for guests. This self-catering beach house is modern & fully equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer. 4 Bedrooms (2 large rooms with queen beds, 1 small room with a double bed & 1 very spacious room with a king bed) can sleep up to 8 persons. Two of the front rooms have doors that open up on to the deck. Three of the 4 bedrooms all have harbour & sea views. There are 4 bathrooms of which 3 are en-suites with walk-in showers. Please note this property does not have a bath. Within walking distance of the church, local shops & the beach, this home makes for the ideal getaway.The property can be divided & has separate bedrooms with en-suite & coffee/tea facilities available for let should you not require use of the entire house, but just need a place to lay your head down while you explore the beauty of the West Coast.
