Positive: Excellent host. So welcoming. Gabriel made us feel very welcome on arrival & departure. He was super. The supermarket is right downstairs on floor zero and there is an electric shop selling small essentials and offering left luggage by reception. The WiFi works well. Taxi rank is right at the end of the drive. They arrive regularly. Also close to bus stops. The 103 bus goes to most attractions (Pueblo Old Town, Mariposa Butterfly House, Buddhist Estupa, Cable Car etc). Excellent spot.
Negative: In the apartment everything was perfect and the pool also super. Nothing. It took us a minute to figure out the shutters on the doors. But that was it.
