Positive: Breakfast was ok, standard swedish breakfast buffet with ok Quality, setup well for skiing being right next to the slopes. Room met our needs, wasn't luxury but did the job.

Negative: Staff were hit and miss, some seem to get visible annoyed at my children but others were friendly and accommodating. one incident at breakfast left a sour taste where my curious son asked what was in a container and the visibly annoyed women just snatched it out his hand and put it back without saying a word, I confronted her on this but she just walked away. Just a bit of kindness towards the curiosity was needed, I was standing right next to him and nothing was in danger. Stuff like this makes you not want to come back.
