Summary: Property was truly disgusting when my family and I visited, we had to clean the place ourselves upon checking in, after a 9 hour drive to get there. Caked dust on artificial plants, dog hair in the sheets on the beds, pee stains on toilet seats, burned coffee in the pot, dirty dishes, full trash cans outside, overgrown and unkept backyard. “No smoking” property but old joints left on back deck area.The only upsides were the location being close to a lot, and a decently quiet neighborhood. I did contact the property manager with the issues upon arriving, and he offered to have someone out to clean it that day, however it should have been cleaned before we even arrived as it was booked weeks in advance. “Cleaning fee” wasn’t refunded either, no offer of cutting any prices and barely an apology. Will NEVER rent this property again, such a waste of a good space with potential to be more.
