This Resort is built on a 30,000 sqm private park and enjoys: - 3 pools for adults, with waterfalls and big jacuzzi - 1 pool for children - 3 tennis and football pitches - playground for kids - bar - concierge and security Pools in "Borgo del Torchio" are located on different levels and in different places, to ensure peace and leisure within the Resort to all guests. The sunny lawns and super outdoor swimming pools offer the perfect daytime distraction; pools open from 1st May to 30th September. This apartment is provided with free Wi-Fi Internet connection and air conditioning throughout. The bright living room is well equipped with dining table with chairs, sofa bed for 2, flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, fruit juicer, toaster and coffe machine; from the living room, access to the bright and wide terrace with a view over the scenic pool. The holiday home continues with the master bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe; a fitted bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and washing machine completes the layout of this carefree retreat. Through the private stairs located in the patio, the property leads to the basement, which is completely separated and indipendent from the ground floor and composed of a large tavern with bank bed, single bed and an additional pull-out bed, bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. This basement floor is the ideal solution for different groups of people or for kids traveling with family, with their own privacy! Guests can easily park their car in the private covered parking place within the Residence; further cars can be parked in the shared parking spaces in front of the Resort. With a small extra cost, possibility to provide a baby cot and a high chair. Pets are not welcomed.
