With a ceiling height up to 4m50, large roof skylights and exposed beams; it is newly renovated and stylishly furnished home with character for you to have a comfortable stay in the centre of Sofia.
Located 8 min to metro/tube station with direct connection to and from the airport.

The space
You will stay in an historical townhouse building typical for the old centre of Sofia. We have renovated the apartment into an art loft and decorated it with stylish furniture. It is located on the second and last floor of the building (nobody above) and it provides green and sunny, clean and modern comfort.
Ideal for friends, colleagues or big family, this unique apartment has a total of 4 bedrooms with 3 standard double beds (140cm x 190cm), 1 double Queen size bed (165cm x 190cm). It can accommodate up to 10 people thanks to two folding beds. We have a large and confi non convertible couch. The loft has a big bright living room where you can enjoy fast free Wi-Fi, board and card games and music speakers for devices.
Comfortable interior environment with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
There is a small separated furnished kitchen (fridge, microwave, induction hob, kettle, toaster, Miele washing machine, flat iron and ironing board) and a bathroom/WC with hair dryer and clean towels.
For parents we can offer a discount for a preschool center or babysitting agency.
The apartment is easily accessible to 2nd floor with stairs. In the summer, the guests can use a green backyard with barbecue.

- Separated kitchen. To get to the kitchen one must walk through one of the bedrooms. We have a small kitchen that is perfect for breakfast and small cooking but will not suit full time 8/10 guests cooking. Sofia is full with very affordable nice restaurants and we will be happy to provide you a list with best addresses in the area.
- Bathroom/WC. The bathroom was fully renovated in 2021 lock down. You will enjoy a very comfortable and large walk in shower area with bench, heated floor and a ceiling rain shower. Check the new photos from 2021.

Other things to note
COVID-19 update: We will provide you with a safe home. During the current Corona virus epidemic, we are open for business with few important changes.
1. Self-check-in and self-check-out will be mandatory for all reservations. A full list of all guest’s names will be required.
2. Because of the requirement for a complete sanitizing of the property and Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol we will block one day before and after each reservation.
3. Late check-out will be available for all reservations but should be requested in advance.
4. All guests are advised to strictly follow basic protective measures, wash their hands frequently and practice respiratory hygiene.

Please note that:
•we have a smoke-free policy, smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment. Centralized smoke detection system in operation in the building. An outside smoking area is available in the backyard + small smoking corner within the building.
•to get to the kitchen one must walk through one of the bedrooms. We have a small kitchen that is perfect for breakfast and small cooking but will not suit any full time 8/10 guests heavy cooking. My advice will be to enjoy the wonderful and very affordable restaurants in the area. A list of best addresses and tips will be provided.
•there is no parking on the property. In central Sofia, a paid street parking zone scheme is in force on working days from 08.30 to 19.30. The property is in green parking zone where parking is limited to 4 hours and the cost is 1 BGN (0.5 euro) per hour. After the permitted time has expired, the vehicle will be removed by towing vehicle. *Electric vehicles are exempt from the city public parking fees.
•the maximum occupancy is set at 10 persons so any guests above this number will need to find accommodation elsewhere. For maximum comfort 8 persons are recommended (4 double beds, 1 bathroom/WC), however we have 2 extra folding beds and a large couch for up to 10 persons. The two extra folding beds are available for 8+ groups.
