Lovely cottage style 2 bedroom air-conditioned guesthouse with wood fire in Boyanup. Large master bedroom with queen-size bed and walk through shared en-suite bathroom to the second bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a full size spa bath and separate toilet. There is also a separate laundry with washing machine.
Dining and lounge areas are separated by the kitchen with easy access to ample covered outdoor areas. Verandahs on three sides including a carport and private rear yard provide ample shade or dry areas for bikes and toys. A gas barbecue and outdoor setting are ready for your outdoor entertaining. A large powered camp-site is also available on request for extra camping.
Boyanup is a great overnight stop on the Mund Biddi Trail and your house is only 1km from the very welcoming Bull and Bush Tavern.
Situated in the middle of the Geographe Wine Region, Boyanup is 15 mins South of Bunbury, just 15 mins to the Ferguson Valley, 12 mins to Donnybrook or 25mins to Busselton.

Summary: Overall the property worked out really well for us. Boyanup proved to be a convenient location for visiting Bunbury, Ferguson Valley, Donnybrook, Capel and Busselton. Sabina was helpful without being intrusive and ensured that the air conditioning was on and working as our stay coincided with a heat wave with several days above 30+ degrees temperature. The system worked well and we were grateful and appreciative of her efforts. The cottage comes with a carport which is good for keeping your vehicle out of the sun and a washing machine to catch up on the laundry; my only comment, not a criticism, is that a few new pegs on the clothes line may not go astray! Thanks Sabina.
