Situated in a quiet, no through road, elevated one back from The Beach, you feel like you are sitting on top of the water whilst relaxing on the huge deck taking in the amazing view. Walk into a spacious living room with spectacular outlook, leading to an adjoining dining and large kitchen. Polished floorboards throughout, this property features 3 bedrooms, the main with queen size bed and sea views, 2nd with queen bed and the 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Great for two families.
Please note this property has a rustic and vintage charm, with some areas showing signs of age. If you are seeking a modern property, this may not meet your expectations.
The interior is beach white with splashes of colour and a modern edge. A large bathroom/laundry with shower, front loading washing machine, separate toilet. Great morning walks are to be had up The Bluff, stopping for refreshments at Whalers Inn or head to the Yilki Store for morning coffee or the mouth watering Beach House Cafe. Launch your boat and bring your own dinner home for the BBQ! This property has it all.
Indoor Comforts - Flat screen TV, DVD player, R/C air conditioner, Ipod dock. Fully self contained kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and good size fridge. Outdoor Entertaining - Table and chairs for alfresco dining on the deck complete with gas BBQ. Garage not for use.
Pets permitted - the property is not fenced, but the entire deck is secured. Internally there are floor boards or tiled surfaces throughout and pets are allowed inside also.
