The Space:
The bedroom is spacious, the open-plan living area is light-filled, and the ocean breeze? Absolutely unbeatable. You’ll have access to an unsecured garage for one car and a shared laundry for convenience.
Right across from the Tugun Surf Club, you’re within an easy stroll to local cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and shops. Tugun is the Gold Coast’s best-kept secret—less crowded than Currumbin but just as dreamy, with the famous OceanWay Walk right on your doorstep, connecting you all the way to Coolangatta.
Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds!
A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy. As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
