Treeline 38 is a bright and cozy three-bedroom, 2-level townhome that offers skiers (snow conditions permitting), ski-home access via Home Run on Blackcomb Mountain, and is only a short distance from the cross-country ski trails of Lost Lake. Guests can access the gondolas or the Village via the free shuttle bus that stops nearby.
Construction Notice: Treeline Roofing Project
In the summer and fall of 2022, a roofing project in Treeline may inconvenience guests with construction noise and activity. Construction companies are permitted to work between 8 am - 8 pm. We are not sure how much disruption will occur. You can expect intermittent and possibly excessive noise and limited or no access to the hot tub during your stay. The hot tub will be closed when active construction is nearby.
We have included a 30% discount on published rates up to October 31 as compensation for any disturbances for guests that choose to stay at Treeline.
Living Areas
On the main level, relax by the gas fireplace and flat-screen TV in the spacious open concept living room after a day on the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar overlooks the dining area that seats eight and is excellent for entertaining or heading out to the deck and enjoying an afternoon BBQ.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
On the top level, the comfortable master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with heated tile floors. The second bedroom is also on this level and features a double bed and twin bunk bed. The third bedroom features a queen bed and is located on the lower level. The second separate bathroom features heated tile floors and a spacious glass-enclosed shower.
Ski-Home Access
The ski home trail to Treeline (snow conditions permitting) is located to the right off of Lower Cruiser Run on Blackcomb Mountain. The exit is approximately where the Excalibur Gondola crosses over the new Blackcomb Gondola.
