Living
The stylish sitting room has comfortable seating for all guests, a log burning stove creates a cosy feel and there is a flat screen Smart TV. A second sitting room can be found on the same floor, with Smart TV- providing a perfect area for the children.
Cooking/Dining
The spacious kitchen is very well equipped with range cooker and electric hob, built in fridge and freezer drawers, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. This open plan space includes the dining area with table and chairs for 10 - 12 people, provides the perfect space for entertaining your family and friends. A separate utility room provides a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Sleeping
There are 5 bedrooms in total sleeping up to 10 guests, the master bedroom has a 4 poster double bed and gives access to the second bedroom which is a twin. There is a further double bedroom, twin and a bunk bed room – all located on the first floor.
Bathing
There is a downstairs wet room with walk in shower – perfect for washing off after the beach. Upstairs there is a family bathroom and a separate wc.
Outside
Broad-De is accessed via a gated entrance and sweeping driveway providing car parking for up to 5 cars. Storage is available for your bikes, boards and wetsuits. The large garden is enclosed making it perfect for dogs and children to run around safely and the expansive terrace provides plenty of room for BBQ’s and ‘al-fresco’ dining.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.
There is a refundable security deposit of £300 payable with the final balance (not applicable to Airbnb bookings) - please note this will not be shown in the total cost of the booking on the summary screen. The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)
Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.
It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.
