Step into our inviting haven where comfort meets modern living. The lower level boasts a vibrant game room featuring a versatile futon couch, perfect for relaxing or extra sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent laundry room offer convenience at your fingertips. Entertain or unwind in the spacious living room, and a convenient half bathroom completes this level.
Ascending to the upper floor, you'll discover a thoughtfully designed layout. The master bedroom (BR1) presents a luxurious queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a rejuvenating walk-in shower and a lavish soaking tub. A generous walk-in closet ensures your belongings are neatly organized.
Two additional bedrooms offer ample sleeping options. BR2 features two single beds and a double closet, while BR3 provides a restful queen bed and a spacious double closet for your belongings.
Guest will receive a code, unique to their reservation, to access the smart locks on either entrance.
We are Nashville locals! We will leave you to it, but we are always just a call or message away.
Our home has driveway space for 2 cars! We share a driveway with our wonderful neighbor. Please do not park more than 2 cars & do not block their side please :)
No parties or events allowed. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund and authorities contacted in the event of an unauthorized party.
No smoking allowed. (Smoking inside will result in a $300 add'l cleaning fee, cigarette trash pick up will result in a $50 add'l cleaning fee)
