This well-maintained home is in the four-wheel-drive section of the Outer Banks, Carova. Located just eight miles into Carova, past where the road ends in Corolla. Carova is known for its wide, clean beaches and make sure to keep an eye out for the wild Spanish Mustangs roaming about and the dolphins jumping in the ocean!
The comfortable furnishings and convenient amenities makes it feel like home. An elevator provides the convenience of unloading groceries and luggage. Eight master bedrooms with private baths provide privacy for you and your family. On the upper level a spacious well-stocked kitchen provides all the tools and utensils you’ll need to prepare memorable meals. Open living and dining areas allow plenty of space for everyone to gather for dinner or family game night. There’s also a convenient half bath to use while enjoying the common areas. A mid-level living area with large TV provides additional space for you and your guests to spread out and take advantage of some peace and privacy. On the lower level, watch a movie in the theatre room with an 82" 4k QLED TV and 400 disc Blu-ray changer. The home has CenturyLink High Speed Internet, separately, the Theater Room has its own Unlimited 4G LTE High Speed Internet hotspot including ethernet access for business use. This allows you to order and watch PPV events or conduct business conferencing with only the theatre room utilizing the bandwidth. The rec room features a pool table, large TV and wet bar with full sized refrigerator, so movie snacks and mid-game beverages are close by. Smart TVs are installed throughout home so you can stream Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. Outside there's a private pool, kiddie pool, hot hub and permanent cornhole boards in the backyard.
