A cozy cabin nestled in a cul de sac near the golf course and a walking dance to a nearby gated park and small lake (note this is another small lake not to be mistaken by the main lake). We are 10min from the Lake Arrowhead Village, Lake Gregory and 20miles from Big Bear.
This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath with a huge game room and a big deck which wraps around the entire house. There are two fire places located in the living room and the game room. Perfect for big and small groups. Speakers and a small fire pit on the deck for a chill day or night on the deck to enjoy the beautiful air and scenery.
Plenty of parking all around and in the main driveway. Long flight of steps to get to the main and first level.
We offer wifi (code will be provided) and we offer AppleTV, SmartTV.
•The main floor – big living room, dining area and kitchen w/ big island and bar stools.
•Bedroom 1 – 1 king bed and a bunk bed with daybed 1 full mattress, 2 twin mattresses and a baby crib
•Bedroom 2 - 1 queen bed and there is also an air mattress in the closet in case there is a need
•Bedroom 3 – 1 queen bed and 2 crib/playpen
•Game room – 1 futon which opens up and can sleep 2, daybed with 2 twin mattresses and pool table which can be converted to ping pong table
Arrival & check-in time is after 4pm, but can be flexible
Departure & check-out is by 11am but can be flexible
