Notice: cape winds has a construction project to repair the balconies in the 1 and 8 stacks. the construction is projected to be from september 3rd to november 23rd, 2024. during this time the pool, hot tub and grill will be closed on weekdays monday through friday from 8am to 6pm but will be open on weekends, saturday and sunday. there will be noise and dust from the construction throughout the building during this time. we have reduced our rates during this time period for the inconvenience.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
