Contemporary third floor apartment with wonderful views over the yacht club and harbour. Situated on the Harbour Reach development just south of Poole lifting bridge and just 10 minutes` walk to Poole Quay and the town with all its facilities. The development benefits from a link bridge leading directly to Hamworthy Park and beach.
Open Plan Living, Dining and Kitchen area with doors to the balcony with views of the harbour and Yacht club. Good quality furnishing and comprehensively equipped throughout. Master Bedroom (kingsize 5ft double bed) and bathroom (bath with shower over, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and shaver point).
Parking - One reserved parking space in the development`s own gated parking area under the apartments. (max height 2.1m / 6ft 8ins) Extra visitor parking available - extra charges apply
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryers. Property is managed by the owner.

PLEASE NOTE – Façade works are currently being undertaken to Puffin House, which lies across the road from Guillemot House. The works are being carried out between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. It is possible that you will hear some noise and you may see workmen on the adjacent site. The works on the development are underway and scheduled to run until the end of October 2025.
