Positive: Great location in the less busy โ€œroads endโ€ of Lincoln City. One house back from the ocean. Good views from the family room and front deck. Beach access is about a 5 min walk. The beds weโ€™re comfortable and the split floor plan allowed for privacy when needed. Lots of seating in the family room and dining area. Bathrooms have been updated and weโ€™re very clean. The hot tub was amazing and easy to access from the downstairs. Garage had lots of beach supplies for renters. We loved the vaulted ceilings and open feel of the home.
Negative: Our only complaint was that the dryer did not work. We had washed some clothing and had wet beach clothes and towels so this was not ideal.
