Situated at the end of a fenced cul-de-sac, just a short walk to the Buck Island community walkway, this home is quiet, peaceful and private. Soothing relaxation by the sea is yours with lovely ocean views, a private pool, hot tub, and lots more! Take the elevator to the top! Ground Level:Has a rec room with large flat screen TV/DVD, CD/Stereo, wet bar with fridge and microwave, with access to the pool and hot tub; a room with 2 Duobunks, TV/DVD and a full bath along with a King main bedroom with TV/DVD. Access the elevator from the garage or hallway. Mid Level: Has 2 King main bedrooms, TV/DVD a main bedroom w/2 Singles with tv/vcr/dvd, and the laundry with 1 washers/dryers. All rooms walk out to spacious decks. Top Level:Has a King main bedroom with luxury bath and soaking tub, TV/DVD; a great room with entertainment center with TV/DVD CD/Stereo, gas fireplace and dining area. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including 2 dishwashers and 5 burner gas cooktop. The breakfast area has a TV/DVD. Enjoy spacious furnished decks with ocean views. Amenities: Private 16' x 30' Heated Pool (2021 Pool Dates: May 1st-October 8th - Heated option available in May, June and September), Hot Tub, High Speed Internet, Gas Fireplace, 9TV (2: 42" Flat Screen TV), 9DVD, 2CD/Stereo, Video/Music Library, Foosball Table, Ping Pong, Cornhole, Gas Grill, 2 Full-size Refrigerators, 2 Dishwashers, 1Washer/Dryer, Soaking Tub, Elevator. Beach Access: 190 Yards You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Fireplaces Available November 1st through April 1st *Please note that this property has a pool which is open from May to October and can be heated for $60/night. NOTE: Pool heat not available in July & August. Pool heat must be requested with at least 48 hours of notice.
