Positive: nice garden

Negative: jacuzzi was dirty and a nasty neighbor came yelling at us when we put it at 10 am on a working day, he entered yelling in Italian saying we couldn't do that because it's too noisy, we honestly chose this place over the jacuzzi but it was such a bummer to realize it just looks nice in pictures but it is just a decoration. besides the shower didn't have hot water so we couldn't take a shower, it was too cold. everything else was nice and the staff sent everything online and we're nice with us. we should have gotten a cheaper one if we didn't want jacuzzi.
