For you, who wants to come to Paraty, bringing your family or friends, we present a beautiful home. Stay 150 meters from Jabaquara Beach, the nicest neighborhood in town. Jabaquara has a great location, less than 2 km from the center, with a wide range of shops, calm beach with calm waters, ideal for children and kayaking and stand up.
Very cozy house, in the shape of a chalet, all wood With delightful balcony with outdoor furniture. With 3 bedrooms and all suites, with standing fan (Three), two bedrooms with double box bed and bunk bed on the second floor and one bedroom with double bed and bunk bed in the first, full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven and other household items, living room with TV and another bathroom at the bottom of the house, delicious balcony. Refreshing shower, barbecue area with sink. Outdoor area with lawn and garage for 5 cars. The house has two water tanks totaling 6,000 liters, we have no problems in summer.
We have basic bed linen at extra cost (see). We have no towels.
