Welcome to this fantastic house for 5 people located just 500 metres from the beautiful and family beach of Son Serra de Marina.
This wonderful house offers you all the comfort you need for your beach holidays, both inside and outside. Outside you will find a great terrace equipped with a table with sunshade where you can enjoy your breakfasts or outdoor meals, as well as 4 sun loungers to bask in the sun. Then you have a nice porch with a small table and chairs where you can taste an orange juice or a coffee while admiring the sunrise, or maybe a glass of wine at sunset after a long day at the beach. When you head back home the outdoor shower is perfect to wash the salt off if you need it. The house is in a residential neighbourhood so privacy is just partial.
When you enter the house you find a comfortable living room with satellite TV, AC and CD player where you can spend a nice and relaxing time. Going up some steps you access the dining area, the kitchen -equipped with gas stoves and all the necessary for cooking-, and a bathroom with a tub. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are located in the kitchen.On the living room level, going down two steps, you find a bathroom with bath and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and AC and the other with a single bed. Then, going down a few more stairs, you find a third bedroom with two single beds. All rooms have a wardrobe or closet, a fan and a radiator.
Son Serra de Marina is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday as it is not overcrowded, it is quite familiar and only 500 metres away you find a beautiful beach of fine sand. You will also be able to take walks contemplating the people and habits of the quiet villages of Mallorca, as well as visiting traditional food restaurants and bars. You cannot miss a visit to Puerto de Alcúdia or Can Picafort.
