This Villa is ready to welcome you to paradise. The secure condominium has beautiful cobblestone streets and all the properties are surrounded by beautiful and luscious flora and fauna. The many coconut palm trees, and the singing of the birds lets you know you have arrived to a vacation destination. You arrive at the one floor villa and everything is accommodated for your enjoyment and comfort. There are two wings to the property. Each wing with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The the heart of the home has the kitchen, living room and to each side of the back of the house two pergolas. One holds a dining room set to Dine al fresco there is a modern hot tub with lights blue tooth A palapa ranch that hold tables and chairs and the second pergola has a hammock to relax. The green areas with plenty of chairs for just relax and take in the sun. There are 3 pools which are communal to the neighbors in that block. However, the times I been there the pools are just for us to enjoy. A 14 minute walk will take you to the black sand volcanic beach , or if walking is not your thing you can ask for a pass and drive your car to the private parking lot steps from the beach. We have beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use. When you return to the house you can use the outside shower and bathroom to get rid of the sand and enjoy a swim in the pool or come into the house to watch some tv or long in to your computer. We offer wifi, internet, cable tv, and the tv is smart so you can watch Netflix or Amazon Prime.
