Positive: Location in the city isn’t bad but you got to climb 80 steps to get to the apartment. Angeline, the caretaker of the apartment was very nice and helpful.
Negative: Bruno, the owner, was rude and arrogant. No sense of customer service. He completely ruined my first day. The appartement has 2 rooms: the one I rented had the benefit of having a private bathroom. The toilet blocked the first time I used it and the owner immediately told me “I broke it” (in a very arrogant way) and wanted me to pay for the plumber if needed. So instead of getting what I had paid for (took 24hrs to fix), I felt totally aggressed by this guy (extract from our conversation attached in pictures). Fortunately, Angeline just unplugged it with proper tools she has to go and buy (no basic materials available on site). By the way, the second room is advertised has having a private balcony with an amazing view… not really! (See picture of the view).
Summary: Arrogant owner, ok appartement.
