This splendid retreat enjoys a great location near parks, restaurants, and convenience stores. It's also very close to the Navy Point base making this a perfect stay for any military members and their family members. Some must-visit attractions include Navy Point Park, Lexington Terrace, Historic Fort Barrancas, National Naval Aviation Museum, Pensacola Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, Saenger Theatre Pensacola, and so much more.
This completely renovated home away from home boasts a front yard under a beautiful magnolia tree and a wonderful backyard shared with the studio apartment. The backyard enjoys a patio, a firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, a gas grill for summertime cookouts, a hammock swing, and an equipment shed. This is the perfect spot to spend tranquil evenings barbecuing, roasting marshmallows, and enjoying alfresco meals.
As you enter this air-conditioned haven, you will discover a welcoming living area with plenty of space to spread out comfortably - this is the perfect spot to unwind and watch favorite shows and movies on the large TV, and if you are feeling cold, the fireplace will keep you nice and warm. The open kitchen is a chef's paradise with all stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to prepare culinary masterpieces.
