Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Breakfast was good and perfectly located. The gentleman that served us breakfast was very welcoming and took it upon him to cater for a friend that could not take bacon and sausage by arranging something else which she enjoyed. This is what we call excellent hospitality.
Negative: On arrival, we had a terrible encounter with Thobile (with her so-called visitor). Exhausted from an 8hr convention, we needed someone with some empathy, which she did not have. She was not friendly with us as guests. When the need arose, she did not want to apply logic at all when she onboarded us. It was a 'No it must be done this way only' in an unprofessional manner that was condescendingly spoiling the whole stay at the facility. We had to stay because we had already paid, and the facility was what we needed. She gave us a patronizing attitude till we left. She needs to be made to understand what is expected of her on the business she is in if perhaps she is newly employed.
Summary: Besides the above encounter, the stay was good with comfortable beds that are inviting at night.
