Negative: Our experience at Ceylonz KL was very disappointing. When we arrived after a long flight, there was no water in the unit. We had to wait 3 hours for the water to come back. Imagine traveling for hours and not even being able to wash your hands upon arrival. The cleanliness was also unacceptable. When we removed the pillow covers, we found visible stains on the pillows, which was quite disgusting. The elevator situation is another major issue — the waiting time is extremely long, and you end up standing in the heat with no air conditioning. The staff were just okay, not particularly welcoming. The pool had a good view but was also unpleasant, as the water had an overwhelming amount of chlorine.
