With an open floor plan and 3 roomy bedrooms, the home provides quiet respite to relax and unwind, yet just 10 minutes from downtown Bar Harbor, five minutes to the main entrance of Acadia.
Built in 2006, there's wood floor throughout the first level, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a ½ bath. Tons of amenities provided, and the kitchen has just about anything you'd need to cook up a great meal for your family and friends. Outside you'll have the BBQ and picnic table all to yourself.
As one of only two units in the building, you'll have privacy with easy access to all the sites and activities of the area. You can even leave the car at home using the free Island Explorer bus, which runs mid-June until mid-October. With a stop nearby you'll have convenient transportation to and from downtown and the park.
