Summary: Brand new renovation- I believe we were the first renters. Would have liked earlier check in and written check out instructions. Could use more items in the kitchen, such as hot pads, kitchen towels, baking sheets, and cereal bowls.Hair dryers would have been appreciated. We did have a problem with a remote that didn't match a TV so it was inoperable in one bedroom. Parking was wonderful; behind the fence in the front yard. Very close to downtown Phoenix and Sky Harbor Airport. Very nice accommodations.
