"Welcome to our warm weather retreat. Our home is a luxury 3 bedroom, 2 full bath villa with a heated pool and spa. Enjoy the heated pool and spa with its southeast exposure. The perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak up the Florida sunshine. There is a furnished lanai with gas barbecue, ideal for al-fresco dining.
There is a separate utility room with washing and drying facilities, iron and ironing board. A separate game room that offers a variety of activities for adults and children. Highchair, stroller and rollaway toddler bed are also available. Our little guests are welcome to use complimentary beach toys (subject to availability). A complimentary cooler is provided for you to carry drinks to your outings. The home is fully air-conditioned for your comfort and provides heating for those rare cold days. The prestigious Calabay Parc is set in peaceful surroundings of pine trees and nature reserves. There is a recreation area on-site with a park for kids. This villa is the perfect getaway for all families to relax with easy access to Disney World, Universal, and a fabulous golf course."

Summary: The property was in excellent condition, clean, and in a convenient location close to grocery shopping and with easy access to the interstate for our trips to the Disney parks. My kids especially loved the pool, and the living space was larger than I expected from the photos.
