The Space:
This home has been completely remodeled from new roof, new flooring, new kitchen, and new bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with deck access thru sliding glass door. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with direct entry into the 2nd bathroom. A twin daybed with a pull-out twin are in the bonus game room, along with a Ping Pong table, and board games. The fully appointed kitchen has an electric range, a new fridge, new appliances, & microwave. You will also find all pots, pans, utensils, & dishes, basic condiments for a vacation stay.
Living room has a smart TV, and WI-FI is provided. Washer and Dryer are in doors. Enjoy the crisp ocean air & listen to the buoys bells while enjoying the private deck. parking for Two cars in driveway.
Beach access: a 3+ block walk to the beach or short drive to many others.

Parking: 2 parking places in front of the garage. The garage is not included in this rental.
