Positive: I received a call from Victor along with clear messages reviewing the check-in procedures prior to arrival. The instructions were easy to follow, and the overall check-in process was smooth and seamless.
Negative: Everything was perfect! No issues at all!
Summary: The flat exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely stay again when we are back in Brooklyn!
