Beautiful home located minutes from Syracuse hospitals, college and downtown area. Boasting two bedrooms and a bath upstairs with another bedroom and bath on the main floor. Airy open living area. Finished basement featuring a workout area, reading room, laundry room and office area.

Indoor hot tub, fully fenced large yard, cozy outdoor screen room with solar lights and outdoor dining set. Fire pit, and grill area in the yard as well. 3 blocks from busline. Off street parking on site!
