These older houses built in the 20s-50s, have witnessed it all Stacks, Sun Studio, Beale, Civil Rights, Brooks, St.Jude. Perfectly located in the heart of midtown. You will love the updated interior with new kitchen and bathroom. Fiber Optic wifi. Sofa bed in the living room with very comfy Ikea futon style sofa bed and memory foam mattress topper. Movie channels included. Walking distance to Cooper Young and Overton Square(the center of midtowns culture)and and the Coliseum. Private street is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. This is the neighborhood where the locals want to live and be. Quiet street. you will be comfortable and enjoy how close you are to everything you want to do.
