The beautiful villa Rošinjola, located in the small Istrian place called Nova Vas impresses with its minimalist simplicity and isolated position that will provide you peace and privacy.
The contemporary style of construction includes large glass walls in every room of the villa, providing airiness and illumination of the interior. The accommodation capacity of the villa is for a maximum of 8 people, and out of a total of 4 bedrooms, two have two double beds, and the remaining two have two single beds each, which can also be combined into double beds. 2 additional people can stay in the villa: two children up to 7 years old will use an extra bed.
On the upper floor of the villa there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and on the ground floor of the villa there are another two bedrooms also with ensuite bathrooms, a spacious living room, a modern kitchen and an open concept dining room. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a feeder and baby cot at your disposal.
On the large terrace and in the courtyard of the villa surrounded by greenery there is a large, pool of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. Around the pool there are 10 deck chairs where you can spend pleasant summer moments in the company of your loved ones. There is also an outdoor kamado grill and an outdoor dining table. For the youngest there is a children's playground with a toboggan, table tennis, darts or badminton that will complement your vacation with interesting activities. There are 4 parking spaces available in the fully fenced yard of the villa.
