Negative: 1. Booking.com Genius Level 2 benefits We booked through Booking.com as Genius Level 2 members, which includes benefits such as complimentary breakfast and valet parking. At check-in, the front desk team did not appear to be aware of these benefits, and I had to follow up several times before they were honoured. It was uncomfortable to repeatedly request entitlements that were part of our booking. Briefing front desk staff on Genius perks would make check-in much smoother for guests. 2. Noise disturbance overnight Guests on our floor were very noisy throughout the night, and at one point were banging on room doors in the middle of the night. It appeared to be a group travelling together, possibly a sports team. I did not see any intervention from hotel staff or security, and our sleep was significantly disrupted. I would suggest closer monitoring of group bookings and a quicker response to noise complaints after hours. However I should mention the matter was resolved by the director of marketing.
Summary: It was pleasant despite some of the hiccups.
