It consists of a large living room in which there is a dining area, bedroom, kitchen and a terrace. The kitchen is separated from the living room. It is fully equipped for 4 people (pots, frying pan, electric kettle, dining set for 4 people, stove, sink). Living room is equipped with a sofa, coffee table, TV, cabinets. Bedroom is separate and it is a large double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, hairdryer and a washing machine. The apartment also has a terrace. With a glass of a good domestic wine you can enjoy a wonderful sunset. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Guest Access Nobody will be present in apartment during your stay. Apartment is yours and complete privacy is provided for our guests. Interaction with Guests We are at your disposal for any assistance, questions or recommendation you need. We speak English and of course Serbian. The Neighbourhood Apartment is located in the part of old town “Stari Grad” in the heart of the Belgrade city. The main walking street “Knez Mihailova” with dozen galleries is just around the corner. The main Republic Square and the National Theatre is less than 5 minutes away. The riverside is also less than 10 minutes away as well as the Sava Mala district with night clubs and river cafes (Beton hala). The neighbourhood is well connected to all parts of the city. There is a small supermarket at the corner of street and plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Student’s and Palace parks are just around the corner as well as the big Kalemegdan park which is 5 minutes from the apartment. A Parking garage is 5 minutes away from the apartment – Obilicev Venac garage. The price is 12 per day or you can pay by hour (les then 1 eur) Getting Around Public transportation (trams and buses) to any part of the city are just a couple minutes away. From one side (at Student’s Park) there is a bus and trolley station that takes you anywhere you need. And 5 minutes on the other side is the “Zeleni Venac” (Green Wreath station) which takes you to the New Belgrade part of the city and the river café’s , clubs and restaurants.
