Positive: Great value for money. Easy access to city via Uber or bus. Roomy and comfortable. Washer was a plus. Quiet neighborhood.
Negative: No table and chairs for meals. Kitchenwares were lacking (Only 2 forks and no large pots). Locking front door was difficult to do with key from outside.
