This single-storey home is truly one of a kind. Set on over an acre of land, this newly built home was designed with large family gatherings in mind. From the moment you drive down the long driveway, you will realise you have arrived somewhere truly special.
Entering the home you will instantly be impressed by its large proportions. The chef’s kitchen is fitted out with ample bench space and premium appliances. A central island allows for casual meals or chats with the cook, while a dining area caters to more formal affairs. The living area features an oversized reclining lounge fronting a central TV, catering to movie nights at home. Cooling keeps temperatures comfortable year-round. From the living area and most bedrooms, sliding doors extend to the expansive backyard.
