Situated on the peaceful residential area Finca Verd, just a 5 minutes drive from the large sandy beaches of charming city Sant Antoni de Calonge this elegant and stylish villa could be an ideal accomodation for guests looking for relax, comfort and privacy. Surrounded by pine-trees forests this area is a small paradise for nature lovers, with an abundance of possibilities to practice mountain-biking, cycling and walking. Just a 200 meters away you will find a sport/recreation area with football, basketball, tennis court a Olympic swimming pool with a childs pool. You have free entrance to this area.
Villa Somni is modern, spacious detached villa (300m2) with private “ infinity” pool and beautiful garden. On the ground floor you can find large elegant living room with dining area, modern well-equipped kitchen ( including wine bar and steam oven) , 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom ( with whirlpool and chromotherapy). At the same level is the swimming pool with easy access from living room with sliding door. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Villa offers fantastic views over the green hills and Mediteranean sea.
Villa boasts air conditioning, heating, Internet Wifi and satellite TV. Outside terrace next to the swimming pool is the ideal place perfect place to relax or enjoy some al-fresco dining. Large swimming pool ( 54m2) has salt water chlorination that it is safer for the skin. You can park your car in the garage as well as on the plot of the villa ( up to 4 cars).
There are many games for children, Play Station II and 2 mountain bikes in the villa at disposal for clients.
